For anyone who has experience of that old adage that 99% of solicitors give the rest a bad name, if you live in or around Bath and you need help with a property purchase the exception to the rule is Alison Treble and the team at Mogers Drewett! Alison responded to my initial enquiry the same day and searches were ordered immediately. 6 weeks later as a result of willing parties and more importantly a proactive approach from Alison, and we were able to exchange and complete. Consistent communication is always important and I felt that I was an important client even though in reality I’m sure she had a heavy workload to manage.
