      Luke and his team supported us through the process of buying our new property and selling our current one. Luke was very proactive with all the conveyancing tasks and he supported us very professionally with all our queries and concerns , he always explained progress and fed back in a professional manner.       If you want someone to respond to you on time, then DONT GO TO PCS LEGAL. It is a super slow team who won’t check emails / aren’t professional enough to respond to emails or give you clarity. Megan is quite slow in responding / might not even respond post multiple follow ups or will respond half cooked information! Our completion statement didn’t had completion date. Our names on land registry document was incorrectly spelled, our question on other documents are still unanswered. I tried to connect with her over call but she was in such a rush to cut the call and didn’t answer the questions. She asked me to email her those points which I did but she never came back with answers. I am still waiting. Buckie , his boss is also marked in emails but not sure when will I get the information! It’s better to pay to someone who get things done even if it’s couple of bucks more than waiting for such important documents. They have been emailing me for completion confirmation, not sure what the process holds inside the organisation!

      PCS Legal took over from another company that had proved to be less than professional. They took over and simply got on with it. Unfortunately, the sale proved to be long and protracted due to problems 'in the chain', but I was updated regularly.
