We used Susan Cheesewright and her team for the sale of my mothers house. We obtained a number of quotes and looked at online reviews. The reviews for Paul Robinson Solicitors were very good and their quoted price was also very good (the various quotes we received from solicitors varied a lot, which surprised us) The whole process ran smoothly, but what was outstanding was the level of communication from Susan and her team. If I telephones someone was always available and replies to all my emails were quick. I was kept informed of the status of the sale at all times. Many thanks.

Everything was handled very professionally. As with all house sales you feel it’s taking forever, but I was selling my mums home as she had gone into a care home so that was extra pressure. Sophie Cannon and her assistant Samantha Howard were excellent. I would highly recommended them.

I have had a terrible experience as a first time buyer using Paul Robinson. I would not recommend them to another first time buyer or anyone for that matter.
We recently used Amber for our first home purchase and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Amber came highly recommended to us by several people, including my in-laws who had used her previously, so we already had a good feeling about working with her. From start to finish, she was fantastic. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions and were completely new to the process, but Amber was always patient, approachable and happy to explain things in a way that made sense. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She was incredibly thorough, kept us updated throughout and made sure everything moved along as smoothly as possible. We always felt reassured that our purchase was in safe hands. What impressed us most was how quickly everything was completed. Our purchase went through in just 4 weeks, which exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful for all of Amber’s hard work and support. It is easy to see why she is so highly recommended, and we will absolutely continue recommending her to family and friends ourselves. Used Paul Robinson for conveyancing on a house move. Have nothing good to say. Constantly having to chase for updates and haven’t actually done the job we’ve paid for. Lots of documents missing and wasn’t followed up prior to exchange which we were unaware of. It has now left us thousands out of pocket. Have contacted them multiple times and always fobbed off and no apology at all. Very disappointed would seriously recommend people choose another conveyancer
We have just brought our first house and decided to go with Paul Robinson as our solicitors. John and Enya were brilliant! Would definitely recommend

I would highly recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors for the excellent legal services and support they provided throughout the probate and administration of my late aunt’s estate, including the conveyancing of her property. From our initial consultation through to the completion of the matter, they were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I saw an advert at West Ham's ground and a post on the club's app. I wanted to update my will and completed the questionnaire on the app late on a Thursday night. By 09:30hrs the next day Ms Barnes contacted me to discuss my aims and objectives with advice on how to present my thoughts to the solicitor. I made an appointment to see Ms LondahI and followed it up by emailing them my thoughts. When I met with Ms Londahl she had read my wishes, sought clarification and agreed to prepare my will as requested. She took time to explain how it would be set out. Within 48 hours I received the paperwork which I reviewed. I wanted to make a couple of changes and contacted the office to discuss them. They were agreed. I made an appointment to sign the will. Once again Ms Barnes and her colleague Ms Lavery were very helpful, explaining the will to me to ensure I understood the implications and to make me aware of the changes they had made as requested by me. I signed. They agreed to send a copy of the will to me by post along with their invoice. This they did. I paid the invoice within 24hours of receipt. I am very happy with the outcome. I recommended this firm to my former colleague who was considering updating her will

Having dealt with a number of different firms of Solicitors over the years, both in a private and professional capacity, I found the whole process of dealing with my late Father's Estate through Paul Robinson (Megan Sparks) to be stress free. At all stages there was clear communication and regular updates, including informative communications about any potential delays that could occur, and the reasons why. Absolutely no need to chase anything or request updates. Poor and responding, poor at doing there job amd very closed when asked about cost and as too what they provide for there survives.
