Excellent service and advice throughout and never rushed. A few minor errors in the drafts which were quickly rectified. Unfortunately the Postal Service delivered the drafts via our letter box resulting in a completely ripped envelope which could have scattered all the contents in the street-no fault of PR. Would definitely recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors and will be using this firm again in the future. Many thanks.

Consumer Caution – Our Experience We’ve recently received a “Letter Before Action” from Paul Robinson Solicitors while away on holiday – despite previously being informed that the matter had been closed. An unpleasant surprise, to say the least. Regrettably, we have now paid £1,000 to Paul Robinson Solicitors under pressure due to an ongoing dispute involving individuals we dealt with during the process: Johnathan Kwing and Lorraine Lancaster. While we understand that others may have different experiences, our personal dealings have left us disappointed. In our view, communication was poor, and key concerns were not properly addressed, including: 1. As landlords, we were clear from the outset that we did not expect to be charged for the LPE1 form, as the sale was initiated by our long-term tenant. 2. We were advised verbally on several occasions that the tenant’s solicitor would handle the cost. The agreement we were asked to sign suggested otherwise, and we chose not to sign. 3. Our personal information was shared with another solicitor without our consent, which raises potential GDPR concerns. Despite not signing any formal agreement, we found ourselves liable for costs we explicitly sought to avoid. We received no phone calls to address these concerns directly, and attempts to resolve the matter amicably were unsuccessful. We cannot recommend this service based on our experience and would advise others to exercise due diligence before engaging.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Hall to arrange the execution of my new will. Elizabeth was extremely professional, caring and compassionate when listening to, and answering, my questions. She also took the time to carefully explain the legal requirements and the meanings of each of the clauses contained in my will. Elizabeth made the process very straightforward, quick, and completion was achieved with very clear communication. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Elizabeth to anyone that would wish to instruct her for any services that they require.

Sent documents stating had previous correspondence but nothing, they appointed administrator with out talking to everyone involved. Cleared house without offering personal affects (pictures, records (l.p's).

When it came to making a new will, Lee and his assistant were very friendly and helpful and made the process relaxed and easygoing. They didn't bat an eyelid at my long list of gifts! The fee they charged was much the same as going to a non-solicitor will-writer, which was a nice surprise.
