I am very grateful for the advice and help from the Solicitor in preparing my Will. He came to my house which meant I was more relaxed than going to an office, He explained the various necessities when making a will and why it was important to have a will outlining my wishes both before and after my death.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Karen Stevenson today. She continually interrupted me and spoke over the top of me. When I asked her companies complaint procedure she became more abrasive and said she had no idea what it was. Poor service from a reputable firm.
