I provided lay support to my son up to the day of his first hearing in September, at which point Courtney Cole provided Duty Solicitor support both before & during the hearing. I want to express my personal appreciation for the help & support Courtney gave Joe during that first hearing & in his sentencing hearing. I think we are very fortunate that Courtney was the available Duty Solicitor. She gave clear, pragmatic advice that, I felt, was easy to understand & accept. As someone new to court procedure, I was also impressed that she promptly liaised with the prosecuting solicitor to agree on the proposed charge banding before making Joe’s case to the court. I feel Courtney ensured Joe received the fairest overall outcome we could have hoped for in the circumstances. Thank you.

Hi Luke Jameson was my sons solicitor at magistrates Court and was very professional, he has a strong sense of injustice and soon ripped through the lies and tore the uncredible claims to bits, to give the right result of not guilty ! I would want him fighting my corner !

My case was addressed very quickly with clear instructions and advise. Communication was always prompt and precise in what was asked of me. The Solicitor representing me on the day was excellent and was immediately reassuring in their confidence of decision in defining what precise action and legal route should be taken, in order to best achieve the desired result. This was achieved and the whole process was therefore a success but more so, the entire experience was made far less of an ordeal by their professionalism and too the personal care I felt as their client. Great service, Joma assisted with a BTL purchase and an ILA for another purchase, both dealings were prompt and professional.
I can’t thank Jasmine enough for her hard work, patience, and advice facing a potential Custodial sentence is difficult, especially with the waiting for court these days, I can’t recommend Hine solicitors enough and more so Jasmine.
Incredibly difficult to get hold of... unnecessarily holding up the transaction with no explanation or updates at all. Simply making things 10x more difficult than they need to be.
Highly professional and efficient in conveyancing for our first home. From start to finish, communication was informative, concise, and we never had to wait very long for a response. We felt well guided throughout the minefield that is buying a first home, and valued as a customer. As a bit of constructive feedback, the only bit that could have gone more smoothly was in having to twice re-sign the mortgage deed, due to signing bits that we weren’t supposed to, so a bit more pre-warning of this could have saved some stress. However we expected to encounter far more complications than this, so for the process to otherwise move forward quickly and smoothly is a testament of their skill and guidance. Note that our lead conveyancer was not based in the Oxford branch, but this had no negative effects, and we were still able to drop in physical documents here. Thank you so very much to Natalie and team for doing such a wonderful job for us.
