    We had a great experience with Gwen and her assistant Patuni for the conveyancing of our very first home. They were responsive, attentive, and very meticulous. We felt very reassured that they would take care of every aspect of the process, which was quite complex as it involved a brand new lease and creating shares of a freehold. Would absolutely recommend their services and we will be definitely back in the future when we need it.

    Got there in the end with the remortgage but there was big lacking in communication and updates throughout. Took multiple weeks of chasing to get updates most of the time. Even now I’m owed money and still chasing to get it (even though I was told by the mortgage provider it was paid to them weeks ago)
