Worse than I could ever have imagined. I had to teach them United Kingdom law on two occasions simply to remove their dark allusions. I received no apology, not even an acknowledgement. And they ignore both physical and digital communications. And among their few replies are, ahem, words that are strangers to the truth. And they cannot even arrange a simple, entirely legal, bank transfer without chaos and confusion.

Michelle has been unbelievable in regards to communication, advice, keeping us in the loop. I haven’t ever worked with a solicitors that I haven’t had to chase 5 times before they respond, Michelle was professional, direct but still very approachable and nothing felt like to much of an ask.
