After having one interview with a local solicitor who then never contacted me and left me with no way to contact them, I was directed towards Olliers. I had an immediate interview and was offered help for my case. I could contact Anne-Marie at any hour and she would reply to me reassuringly. Laura assisted me on a court date with a willingness and knowledge of the area well. I couldn't recommend them anymore, especially for the help they provided me during such a difficult time.
After taking on a local solicitor and him turning up late for the interview I googled Olliers and got in contact with them after reading there reviews. From the initial phone call I felt so much better. We had a face to face with Ann Marie and everything was so great from start to finish. I cannot praise Olliers enough for the help and assistance they give me during my legal predicament. From the initial call through to the final hearing, they were constantly providing advise, direction and sometimes even just an ear to bend. From my first contact with Olliers, I felt reassured that your firm was the right one to help with what, initially at least, felt like a devastating situation for our family. I think it was Ruth I spoke with and she listened to it all and was really clear and calm with explaining the help that was available. You clearly had experience of Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD and mental health issues which we knew was needed to get appropriate support and advice. I was completely confident when we subsequently spoke with you that you fully understood the issues and could support us through whatever was to come. It was a great relief to pass on all the information I had gleaned about what had happened and then to have someone professionally and personally be able to take things forward. You were direct and clear with giving information which is what was needed.

Hope took the time to understand me and my case and help with not only the legal requirements but also helped advise me on some personal struggles such as work, accommodation and travel. We had minimal input from the police but had a plan in place that was constantly being updated as new facts came to light, all the way through my own opinion was valued and taken account of. Ultimately the investigation led to an NFA, its easy to say this would have happened anyway but my belief is that by having professional support and showing you are willing to challenge any decision via a competent professional with fact based evidence led to this decision being reached faster and with more surety than leaving the appointment of legal council until later in the process

I was wrongly accused, arrested and investigated for a grievous crime. After thoroughly researching pre charge engagement it became clear to me that Olliers Solicitors would be my best choice. I sent them an email and received a callback that same night during which they explained the process and took my initial instructions. My case was assigned to Anne-Marie who has worked extensively for both the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and in defence. Given that the CPS is responsible for deciding whether cases proceed to charge or receive a No Further Action (NFA) outcome, her deep expertise in this area proved invaluable and gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. Furthermore, Anne-Marie’s genuine ability to listen attentively, show real empathy and understanding, and explain complex matters in a clear, friendly, and approachable way made me feel genuinely supported, comfortable, and well-informed at every step. Even when away from the office or over the Christmas holidays, Anne-Marie was always quick to respond to my messages and calls. My case ended in No Further Action (NFA) without the need for CPS involvement, much quicker than expected due to the involvement of Olliers Solicitors. Having had need for a criminal defence solicitor, I am glad I opted for Olliers Solicitors. I cannot recommend Olliers highly enough. I recently found myself in a situation which could have, potentially, damaged my career if not dealt with professionally.
