I was recommended Gareth Martin from Olliers Solicitors under extremely difficult circumstances. From my initial phone call which was then followed up with a meeting, Gareth understood the case fully. His calming professional manner enabled me to deal with the situation ahead in the correct way. He was always there when needed to represent me and reply to any challenges that arose. He joined meetings quickly, followed up with advice and made sure I focused on what was important. My roofing company found itself in a position where it should not have been regarding the HSE. I was recommended to seek advice from Olliers solicitors and in particular Gareth Martin. He helped us get the result we needed over a very complex and long lasting case. In this time I found Gareth so helpful with regards to all the details and questions presented. Not only would we deal with the info via email but we could speak on the phone when ever we needed which I found was a massive help. Amazing job. Would highly recommend. Austin was with me every step of the way and guided me through my case step by step. Even when I was nervous and unsure, he reassured me. In any case it can go either way and we prepared for the worst aswell, so i could prepare myself. But he was very professional and if it wasn't for him I would have lost my case. He was well presented and prepared which made me feel more confident in his abilities. If I'm ever needing assistance again I'd definitely be using olliers. Thanks again.

Hope took the time to understand me and my case and help with not only the legal requirements but also helped advise me on some personal struggles such as work, accommodation and travel. We had minimal input from the police but had a plan in place that was constantly being updated as new facts came to light, all the way through my own opinion was valued and taken account of. Ultimately the investigation led to an NFA, its easy to say this would have happened anyway but my belief is that by having professional support and showing you are willing to challenge any decision via a competent professional with fact based evidence led to this decision being reached faster and with more surety than leaving the appointment of legal council until later in the process

I was wrongly accused, arrested and investigated for a grievous crime. After thoroughly researching pre charge engagement it became clear to me that Olliers Solicitors would be my best choice. I sent them an email and received a callback that same night during which they explained the process and took my initial instructions. My case was assigned to Anne-Marie who has worked extensively for both the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and in defence. Given that the CPS is responsible for deciding whether cases proceed to charge or receive a No Further Action (NFA) outcome, her deep expertise in this area proved invaluable and gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. Furthermore, Anne-Marie’s genuine ability to listen attentively, show real empathy and understanding, and explain complex matters in a clear, friendly, and approachable way made me feel genuinely supported, comfortable, and well-informed at every step. Even when away from the office or over the Christmas holidays, Anne-Marie was always quick to respond to my messages and calls. My case ended in No Further Action (NFA) without the need for CPS involvement, much quicker than expected due to the involvement of Olliers Solicitors.
