    Excellent service, both speedy and sensitive

    I would recommend Natasha Khakhar from Crane & Staples Solicitors to anyone that wanted an incredibly high standard of family solicitor. She dealt with my case with a great deal of sensitivity as my situation with my children and ex-partner at times was highly emotional and difficult. She understood the situation completely, and had a way of explaining my legal options to me in a way that made sense (to someone like me, who doesn’t particularly have much experience of knowledge of the legalities of this kind of situation) but also in a time efficient and cost affective way. At one point we were also under a serious time pressure in order to get a document put together for a deadline, and Natasha went above and beyond in order to get it done in time, emailing back and forth for a couple of weeks, and working way into evenings and sending the document at midnight. I can’t thank her enough for this. I felt very supported during what has been a particularly difficult period, and her level of experience was evident throughout. Due to her own circumstances she also understood the nuances of the situation, and was a support in multiple ways during this process.

    I first met Sian in 2019 when care proceedings were initiated and from our very first phone call I could tell that this wasn't just a job to her. Sian has fought for me legally but also personally. She is passionate and dedicated to helping people get the best possible outcomes that she can. Sian was honest caring and nothing but kind to me and really made an effort to understand how to communicate with me and adapted meetings in order to make sure I fully understood what was required of me and also understand all the legal terms.     Excellent, Outstanding, Top Notch Care!

    Sian Churchill is the Best Family Law Solicitor I have ever had across two Counties! I've had 3 in total and I was third time VERY lucky indeed to have Sian representing me; she was highly recommended by a top London Barrister for her excellent, proactive and hands on support of services.     Very professional honest reliable service and excellent outcome for our needs as a family. As this was a family matter everything was tailored to our needs and I was left feeling very happy . There were frequent updates about what was happening and as an individual I was listened to and had alot of support from the solicitors that worked with me at crane and staples. Overall on an individual basis I would recommend anyone with a problem they do not understand to get advice from these professionals .       Complex delayed financial remedy case

      This was a complex and protracted case of a delayed financial remedy application several years after divorce and previous settlement. Natasha supported me all the way with her extensive knowledge of family law and took advice from senior counsel when needed. She was always prompt in responding to any issues and comprehensive in her preparation of documents for court. She maintained a calm, non-confrontational approach when dealing with the other side to help resolve the matter which settled without the need for a final hearing. I couldn’t have wished for a better solicitor.

      I paid £375 for a meeting with a partner, Danielle Peters, firstly I was left waiting for 20 minutes for my appointment and once I piped and said something about how much longer I had to wait the response was 'do you have another appointment?' which I found deeply degrading and unprofessional. I specifically said I wanted a senior solicitor to deal with my case but instead was told by Danielle that my case would be passed to an unqualified solicitor because basically I wasn't a high net worth client even though I had funds to pay for a senior solicitor. I had suffered significant trauma in the marriage and was made to go through the events in forensic detail again which was very triggering, a trauma informed response would have been better. I broke down in tears at one point when I was told I would be assigned a junior unqualified solicitor. I had a junior solicitor deal with my case for over a year which led probably to more money being spent due to her lack of experience and her obsession with my ex's needs and she was way out of her depth I did not want a repeat of this. I was then asked by Danielle about my future career prospects, which is not relevant to the case in hand and was unprofessional and was made to feel like a bit of dirt on the bottom of her shoe because I was not deemed career minded. I left the meeting feeling like I wanted to slit my wrists, triggered and traumatised and ruined my whole day I felt I couldn't eat or do anything and did not feel listened to at all. Danielle did give me some pieces of valuable advice which I will tale forward but unless you are a high net worth client don't bother seeing Danielle she'll just belittle you and fob you off with a junior solicitor.
