    Complex delayed financial remedy case

    This was a complex and protracted case of a delayed financial remedy application several years after divorce and previous settlement. Natasha supported me all the way with her extensive knowledge of family law and took advice from senior counsel when needed. She was always prompt in responding to any issues and comprehensive in her preparation of documents for court. She maintained a calm, non-confrontational approach when dealing with the other side to help resolve the matter which settled without the need for a final hearing. I couldn’t have wished for a better solicitor.

    Patience of a Saint

    Juliette was inspirational in the way that she dealt with my Brothers divorce, especially given his learning disabilities meant that he he had difficulty in understanding official forms and processes and was also unable to use IT system that we all now mostly take for granted (emails, web applications, online forms etc.), so everything needed to come through me as a third party. Juliette was king, considerate and sympathetic to my Brothers needs, taking extra time to explain things in a way that he understood.

    I found Natasha to be extremely patient and understanding. She listens and takes note no matter how small the query. Upon receipt of correspondence from the other side I was advised whether it was well into an evening or other out of office times. Over the past three years she has advised and guided me to a outcome that could have been much worse than it was. I am extremely grateful to Natasha for her all her help, knowledge and expertise.

    Contentious Probate Advice

    Adrian listened to the complex situation and reassured me that the steps I had already taken were the right ones. He provided a few pointers on other avenues to explore to get more information. It was a honest conversation and he advised that it was too early to begin litigation, considering my best interests around expenditure. I feel confident that I can approach Adrian and the firm in the near future to provide legal assistance as and when required.
