It was easy to set up an account, which enabled the download of various documents and allowed me to provide instructions. Following this a meeting on the internet was quickly arranged, where my case was reviewed and various actions agreed. The solicitor contacted my employer and successfully argued the case for me to receive a better settlement.

Review of severance agreement. Michael went through the whole document with me, explained the technical details, agreed on some amendments to ensure clarity. He responded to my company and challenged when changes were not made following his review. Although my case was very straightforward and the changes were not critical, I felt that if more had been needed he would ensure if was done promptly and correctly on my behalf. I felt very well represented

Michael helped me with my settlement agreement from my redundancy with a previous employer. He was very approachable, quick, professional and had a great eye for detail. He spotted inconsistencies in the agreement which were corrected. I would always be grateful for his efficient work.

Both the Lawyers that dealt with my dad's estate were wonderful. They guided my brother and I through a difficult experience, explaining things in a language we could understand, identifying options and generally making things much easier. I would highly recommend Crane and Staples.

I paid £375 for a meeting with a partner, Danielle Peters, firstly I was left waiting for 20 minutes for my appointment and once I piped and said something about how much longer I had to wait the response was 'do you have another appointment?' which I found deeply degrading and unprofessional. I specifically said I wanted a senior solicitor to deal with my case but instead was told by Danielle that my case would be passed to an unqualified solicitor because basically I wasn't a high net worth client even though I had funds to pay for a senior solicitor. I had suffered significant trauma in the marriage and was made to go through the events in forensic detail again which was very triggering, a trauma informed response would have been better. I broke down in tears at one point when I was told I would be assigned a junior unqualified solicitor. I had a junior solicitor deal with my case for over a year which led probably to more money being spent due to her lack of experience and her obsession with my ex's needs and she was way out of her depth I did not want a repeat of this. I was then asked by Danielle about my future career prospects, which is not relevant to the case in hand and was unprofessional and was made to feel like a bit of dirt on the bottom of her shoe because I was not deemed career minded. I left the meeting feeling like I wanted to slit my wrists, triggered and traumatised and ruined my whole day I felt I couldn't eat or do anything and did not feel listened to at all. Danielle did give me some pieces of valuable advice which I will tale forward but unless you are a high net worth client don't bother seeing Danielle she'll just belittle you and fob you off with a junior solicitor.

We were very impressed with the service we received during the sale process. They were very thorough and on top of everything. Was a bit disappointed to receive only an email telling us that the sale had gone through, rather than a telephone call. It was our buyer who informed us it had completed.
