    Complex delayed financial remedy case

    This was a complex and protracted case of a delayed financial remedy application several years after divorce and previous settlement. Natasha supported me all the way with her extensive knowledge of family law and took advice from senior counsel when needed. She was always prompt in responding to any issues and comprehensive in her preparation of documents for court. She maintained a calm, non-confrontational approach when dealing with the other side to help resolve the matter which settled without the need for a final hearing. I couldn’t have wished for a better solicitor.

    Refence for my lovely solicitor

    Megan was amazing and all off her team worked tirelessly to help me get the outcome I have always keeped me up dated if I needed her she was there all called me back same day very friendly understanding I couldn’t have done it with out her I will always be very greatfull to her and her team will alwayss recommend this lady as u can see I have learning difficulties she always took the time to make sure she explained everythink and always sent me copies of Everythink discussed or needed never made me feel less couse I need more time or explained diffently so I could understand

    I used Natasha Khakhar for my divorce and would definitely recommend her services to anyone going through the process. Natasha was always professional through the process but acted with kindness and compassion which is exactly what you need when going then such a difficult and emotional process. Her communication and responses to actions were always prompt and I was never left wondering what was happening. She kept me up to date through the process but without any unnecessary communication and my expense. I would definitely recommend Natasha to anyone who is going through this process.

Was a bit disappointed to receive only an email telling us that the sale had gone through, rather than a telephone call. It was our buyer who informed us it had completed.
