Will and house conveyancing

Both the renewal of our wills and simultaneous house conveyancing wäre conducted in an extremely efficient and Professional manner by Louise and Katherine. Our wills had lockend very tired and rather untidy. Louise sorted this out within a week. Although not yet completed Katherine has been a huge help in sorting out the sale and purchase of our house, always chasing and communicating.

Very disappointed. Initially the contact was positive. A call back from a solicitor on the friday which resulted in the promise of an email being sent on Monday and a call back. No email sent and no call back. Its embarrassing as I prepped the other party to expect the email. Still no call back or response to an email asking for an update. There is no reasonable excuse for this.

Looking for a lawyer that cares? Continue looking elsewhere. We had booked an appointment for £500 before we’d even had an initial meeting. In this initial meeting, our “solicitor” didn’t read our email in regards to a Global Talent Visa, didn’t understand my partner’s profession, and didn’t outline any of the other criteria that we qualified for through the partner visa, and left us “High and dry” This is all now resolved through a new solicitor at a different practise, who described our claim as a “clear open and shut application” and provided us with templates for our application.
