Kingsfords was founded in the mid 1880s by Julius Kingsford and the firm’s development since that time was initially linked to the growth of Ashford and East Kent, but now our clients are based nationally across England and Wales and beyond. Kingsfords has developed both in response to and in anticipation of the needs of our clients and today, with over 50 staff, we are able to provide a wide range of services to both private and commercial clients. STAFF AT CRANBROOK WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
This is the 4th house conveyancing that Kellie and her team have done for us. On one occasion a rare obscure technical issue others had missed ,was spotted. So important that we stopped the purchase. Whenever we contact the office they are clearly happy to help with the query, and, as a team are cheerful and determined to take pressure off the client; a welcome feeling on which to end a phone call. We have absolute confidence in the knowledge and abilities of Kellie and her team.

Staff are courteous and professional. Very understanding, even when I pulled out of a purchase very late on in the process and switched to buying another property. Would have had 5 stars but for the fact that they were not quite so proactive as I would have liked, but eventually all went well.
