I used Boys & Maughan for the probate on my late father's estate and also the conveyancing on the sale of his house. The service was very professional and at a good rate. I highly recommend them. Jenny McQuire was particularly helpful on the tax implications of the probate application.

My experience with Boys & Maughan for my purchase was fantastic. Helen Knowles who is a senior conveyancer, is extremely knowledgeable, professional and was efficient throughout. A meticulous approach and her guidance and timely communication didn’t go unnoticed. Her legal secretary, Meg Morris also was easily contactable and was highly efficient. We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing. Our house sale was completed in just 9 weeks — or effectively 7 working weeks due to Christmas, which is truly incredible and far beyond what we expected. Although Graham was our named solicitor, Gemma handled almost everything from start to finish, and she did so with incredible efficiency, professionalism, and care. Her communication was excellent, always prompt, clear, fast and reassuring and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
