Rayma was always approachable, patient and reassuring, and I felt that she genuinely listened to me and understood how important the situation was for me and my daughter. She guided me through every stage of the process and was always clear about what was happening and what needed to be done. The whole team were fantastic, and I’m incredibly grateful for all their hard work and support.
