They were one of 2 recommended by our developer but we chose them as their office in Whiteley was very close by. We wouldn't normally choose a solicitor recommended by the developer but having had a previous experience part exchanging our house with different solicitors where several things nearly went wrong because of their errors, we were less inclined to choose our own. We had some problems with the sale of our house this time, it fell through and then we part exchanged with the developer. But, we never had one issue with Elite - not one! Our solicitor was Lauren Ward, with Isabel Rhodes. We were always kept updated when something happened and had quick responses, the paperwork was fully explained, it was easy to drop paperwork into their office and although the sale and purchase looked a bit dicey at times, which was really stressful - absolutely everything was dealt with as we would expect by Lauren & Isabel. Completion day went so smoothly. Happy to recommend Elite and use them again. Thanks Lauren and Isabel, we really appreciate you handling our sale and purchase!
Joe Lewis was recommended to us on moving into the area and we’ve had reason to call on him several times since. I used Elite Law for the sale of my late father’s property. The sale was handled by Joseph and Paralegal, Maria Varanakite. Ive just got my first home using elite law solicitors, selina was our appointed contact. Im a barber and through out this whole experience ive been told about how bad or slow solicitors are and how you always have to chase them to be put to the top of the pile.
