Excellent helpful and understanding

Simeon was instrumental in figuring out our best options with solving a complicated business issue. He simplified the process and very quickly understood exactly what was required and what our options were. Communicating back and forth with the opposing solicitor in an efficient manor and ensuring the balance between advising us sensibly and getting the best result for us financially was maintained throughout. I couldn't recommend him enough. Hopefully i will never speak to him again! As if i do it means I have another issue!! But if it did happen I would know where to go. Thank you 👍

Ursula Munns has provided me with pleasant, competent and prompt service when buying a new prime residence, and then selling the previous residence. B&L also provided excellent overall service to establish as a limited company, the residents association of one property which housed 8 freehold owners, including me at the time. B&L will be my first port of call to deal with any future nneed that might arise

This was an unusual and relatively complex situation which required the drafting of a demerger contract specific to our situation. From our initial meeting where we discussed the objectives of the demerger and the requirements to protect the terms HMRC clearance received, you took the lead and navigated calmly through what could have been a very difficult and stressful undertaking. I’ve never felt so overwhelmed in my life, he has always given me great service, not to mention the support! I’ve always been up to date with everything, including reminders for appointments ect.
