Just wanted to write a quick review to say a huge thank you to Nicholas Garety and Antonia Brewer for all their support, guidence and professionalism during my employment dispute. They supported me when i was stressed, provided solid guidence. They pushed back and made sure everything was realistic and managed expectation perfectly. Ultimatley securing an outcome i was very happy with. They make a great duo and although i hope to not need their help again in the future, they will be my first call if the need ever arises.

I came to Aman during an extremely difficult employment situation, at a time when I was already struggling with a great deal of stress and anxiety. From our very first conversation, I felt an enormous sense of relief. His confidence, decisiveness and clarity in the advice he gave me made me feel very quickly that I could trust his judgement and, most importantly, that I finally had someone firmly in my corner. What stood out to me most was the confidence he gave me in his advice. Aman didn’t simply present me with options; he gave me clear, practical guidance, explained his reasoning and wasn’t afraid to be assertive when the situation required it. It allowed me to stand my ground at a time when doing so on my own had become incredibly difficult. I had reached a point where I was questioning everything, so having someone whose judgement I trusted made such a difference. Throughout the process, I felt that he genuinely understood what I was trying to achieve and was fighting for a fair outcome on my behalf. Having someone take that responsibility and provide such clear direction took an enormous weight off my shoulders. While this may be the kind of work Aman deals with every day, his support, guidance and assertiveness meant the absolute world to me during a very, very difficult time. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me and for the professionalism with which he handled my case. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aman to anyone who finds themselves needing employment law advice.

Without reservation I give my highest recommendation for servies provided by Thomas Mansfield related to a severance from a former employer. Their advice both in preparing and negotiating an equitable severance was key in terms of being knowledgeable and prepared and I am certain this counsel resulted in a signifcantly better outcome. Their advice and recommnedations was timely, succinct, fit for purpose, afforable, and above all else practical.
