The case was excellently handled by Simon Gretton who was calm and clear throughout. The argument was well thought through even though in the end it was not heard. The CPS offered no evidence once Simon had persuaded the court not to accept a hearsay exemption.

When I first got my court case, I had no idea who would be my solicitor when I went in asking for a duty free solicitor, didn’t really know what to expect. but then when I first had a chat with sam it really helped me and helped me feel a lot less anxious about the situation I was in, & all in was really helpful in the court room hearing, then not long after received another court case which Sam also helped me out with helping make sure I get the bare minimum punishment for. I would recommend asking for Samuel Hinds if you contact Forbes.
