We have often used Fishers Solicitors through work, and when I had an issue with a client in New Zealand needing verified ID, Darren from the team jumped to it, and even drove to my office the next day. Later on, I needed more verified ID, I popped into their comfortable offices, but as it was during half term, I had my son with me. He was a bit nervous about being in a big office, but Darren was great! He chatted to him about Dr Who, Star Wars, Marvel, and turned our son into a chatterbox! What a great level of service offered, so nice to have a personable business.
Emma Allen represented me during the finalisation of the terms of a settlement agreement. From day one until the end she was thorough, professional and showed a great deal of empathy. I had been let down by my trade union and Emma stepped in to finalise the terms of the agreement. She had my best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve a favourable outcome. I could not recommend both her and Fishers Solicitors more highly, very professional and helpful throughout.

Nikita carried out the conveyancing for the sale of our rental property. She was efficient, approachable and easy to communicate with. The fees charged were comparable with internet-based companies but with the bonus of being local so we could sign contracts in person. Josie, who carried out the on-boarding, and the lovely lady on reception were great too. We had a very positive experience and we would happily recommend

Too slow. Not expeditiously expediting probate. Absolutely shocking service as a beneficiary.
Fishers appreciates that this is a difficult and sensitive time following the loss of a loved one. However, under the terms of our engagement as an SRA-regulated firm of solicitors, our client is the Executor of the estate. This means that we must provide updates and correspond directly with the Executor, rather than with individual beneficiaries. The Executor may, of course, share information about the progress of the estate administration with beneficiaries as they deem appropriate.
Shocking customer service. Tried to contact them 3 times, 3 different ways, promised a call back but radio silence. They must have so much business they don’t need new customers?
