Rebecca made the whole experience of selling my house a lot better than it could have been under not nice circumstances due to a bad divorce. Ian Riley is a calming presence in all situations. From first meeting to dotting the last i he exudes authority, competence and reassurance. In my case he attended to all the basics quickly and calmly and then made me aware of how to protect myself in my particular circumstances - which were deferred payments over three years. He made sure that I had recourse to a means of retaining title to the business I was selling until the last payment was confirmed and received. I am grateful for his input.

Too slow. Not expeditiously expediting probate. Absolutely shocking service as a beneficiary.
Fishers appreciates that this is a difficult and sensitive time following the loss of a loved one. However, under the terms of our engagement as an SRA-regulated firm of solicitors, our client is the Executor of the estate. This means that we must provide updates and correspond directly with the Executor, rather than with individual beneficiaries. The Executor may, of course, share information about the progress of the estate administration with beneficiaries as they deem appropriate.
Shocking customer service. Tried to contact them 3 times, 3 different ways, promised a call back but radio silence. They must have so much business they don’t need new customers?
