Nikita handled our sales and purchase of our new home, and I thoroughly recommend her. As well as being highly professional, she was friendly and never made us feel like anything was too much trouble. We all know when buying houses you end up chasing things, but with Nikita she was ahead of the game so either was chasing me or knew instantly that I wanted to know.

Absolutely shocking service as a beneficiary. Zero contact effort on their part throughout 6 months or so now - for such a simple execution of administering the estate - still waiting to hear back now! Not a single drop of comminication - even if something is pending from a 3rd party - an email takes 2 seconds confirming where things are at - Absolute joke. To kick it all off - when I took time out to go to the office and confirm my ID - they couldn't even photocopy my passport right and I then had to email a photo in. What law firm can't simply photocopy something correctly?! The person who's "handling our case" i'm sure is called Jane (she's never bothered speaking to me - i'm getting second hand information from my family member constantly calling in for updates) is always on holiday so you'll never get clear updates from her or her colleague Eva Ng - always vague. They also completely got family details incorrect and we've spent a lot of time fixing that for them. They charge a lot of money for doing nothing (apart from going on holiday it seems!!) AVOID this firm, they will make a sensitive situation even more stressful!
Fishers appreciate that this is an important and sensitive matter after losing a loved one, but under the terms of our engagement as a SRA regulated firm of Solicitors, our client is the Executor of an estate. This means that we are obliged to provide regular updates directly to them, rather than to individual beneficiaries. An Executor can of course share relevant progress information with you as they see appropriate.
Efficient, professional and approachable. Will be my go to solicitors for anything there service may require.
I could not recommend this solicitors enough. I had Beth Abbott dealing with my case and she was efficient, kind and professional! I also had a few interactions with other members of staff including another solicitor and the receptionists. Every single one was attentive and helpful

Nikita carried out the conveyancing for the sale of our rental property. She was efficient, approachable and easy to communicate with. The fees charged were comparable with internet-based companies but with the bonus of being local so we could sign contracts in person. Josie, who carried out the on-boarding, and the lovely lady on reception were great too. We had a very positive experience and we would happily recommend

Too slow. Not expeditiously expediting probate. Absolutely shocking service as a beneficiary.
Fishers appreciates that this is a difficult and sensitive time following the loss of a loved one. However, under the terms of our engagement as an SRA-regulated firm of solicitors, our client is the Executor of the estate. This means that we must provide updates and correspond directly with the Executor, rather than with individual beneficiaries. The Executor may, of course, share information about the progress of the estate administration with beneficiaries as they deem appropriate.
Shocking customer service. Tried to contact them 3 times, 3 different ways, promised a call back but radio silence. They must have so much business they don’t need new customers?
