If all Conveyancers were like Donna & Louise life would be simpler for everyone. You feel like you are their only client. In a practice that has gone downhill in the world of factory conveyance it is reassuring that Maples can navigate the poor service given to others in the housing chain, and ensure you are kept informed and they keep the process on track.

Our experience of working with Donna and Gemma on our sale and purchase was excellent. They truly live up to their motto of ‘a personal approach to law.’ I found their communication to be excellent which is one area where I have struggled with solicitors in the past. They were very willing to help explain things and and always did what they said they would, always returned calls and were able to use some of the modern technology (e.g. Google drive) which made my life much easier. Very good to work with.

Abby dealt with a personal matter on my behalf over the last 12 months. Her communication is excellent, she was at the end of the phone anytime I needed her, even calling me out of hours on a Friday evening. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to go back to her for any legal matters in the future.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I contacted the firm and was told I would receive a callback, which never happened. When I followed up politely, I was met with a rude and dismissive tone from Louise Dennis. Rather than addressing the issue or offering any sort of constructive support, I was told to “feel free to instruct other solicitors” — not exactly the level of service or respect you’d expect from a legal professional. If this is how they handle simple communication, I would be very concerned about how they manage actual legal matters. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We have been waiting for 18 months for a transfer of land, a simple procedure, no searches, just a transfer. On multiple occasions we have been told we haven't handed paperwork to them, to be then advised "awh, we've found it". This is terrible service, terrible communication, terrible administration. Do not use this company!!!
