Poor conveyancing experience
Used T&E 3 times. First 2 times were great. Final time was a disaster, all down to previous soliciter not being available and getting someone else. Stacey Crane avoided answering questions, was uncommunicative and hard to get hold; she didn't appear to be making sure the other side did everything they were supposed to do. The entire transaction was a nightmare.

Had an ongoing enquiry between Taylor Emmet and my solicitor backdating a good few months. Emails get ignored from the solicitor and also from Omnia Group. No one can tell me who’s dealing with it or why it isn’t getting looked into. Awful service and at the risk of losing out on the sale of my property because of this.

Our chain was repeatedly delayed by inept solicitors further down the line (avoid PPL and Muve at all costs!). Our solicitors at Taylor Emmet were great at chasing as best they could and outstanding in replying to our communications with emails sent to them in the evening being responded to instantly. I'd be happy to recommend.

Team Little was supportive in what turned out to be a lengthy selling and buying process. It was easy to talk to them and the work was done thoroughly and with a view to protecting our interests. The practice is very busy but it did make time for us at various pinch points. We would use T&E again and recommend them.

We first used the conveyancing department of Taylor Emmet over 20 years ago when buying our property, and were then introduced to Chaanah Patton for making our wills. Ten years later she advised us in matters relating to trusts and powers of Attorney, and most recently for the updating of our Lasting Powers of Attorney.
