I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I had been handling my family case largely on my own and approached the firm quite late in the process, with a hearing only around four weeks away. They stepped in incredibly quickly, got on top of the paperwork and details of my case, and handled everything with such speed and professionalism. Bella was my main day-to-day point of contact, with Pernilla also involved in my case, and I felt incredibly well supported by the whole team. Bella was warm, kind-hearted, responsive and genuinely supportive. They listened to what I needed, respected the way I wanted to approach my case and gave me clear and thoughtful advice throughout. What meant the most to me was that, after feeling as though I had been carrying everything alone for so long, I suddenly felt that I didn’t have to anymore. If it wasn’t for both Kat and Maria I am not sure where I would be today. I have worked with Maria for 18 months and it has always been a fantastic experience. I have worked with Kat for a short period of time but in that time with Kat I have had nothing but good outcomes,I am very grateful for the both of them to have worked with me.if I didn’t have their support I believe the outcome could’ve been different, I could not thank Maria and Kat enough. I would definitely recommend them both to the public.If I was to contact Kat she was always on the other end of the phone with such good advice which made me feel at peace because at some points I was very nervous as it was a very intense court case. I had an excellent experience with Bella. I needed a letter confirming that my previous court order was the latest one in force and that my son lives with me, so I could renew his German passport at the German Embassy. Bella was absolutely amazing. She prepared the letter incredibly quickly, arranged for it to be emailed directly to the German Embassy to help speed up the process, and also sent me the original signed documents by post. I have now attended my appointment at the German Embassy, and everything went smoothly. My son’s passport was renewed without any problems, thanks to Bella’s prompt, professional, and efficient support.
