This company has been with me from day one and year later pushing to get my work done from the landlord an it’s finally paid off I’d recommend this company to anyone who is struggling with needing legal advice they will help you staff are amazing and make sure they help you get what you need done yes it takes time but they will support you an they are quick to respond to keep you up to date I would use again this team is amazing am very satisfied with my experience thank you

I want to say a huge thank you to Satchell Moran Solicitors, and especially Julia, for handling my claim right through to a successful conclusion. This case went on for quite some time, and there were moments when I felt unsure, but Julia was always there to keep me updated, explain things clearly, and fight my corner every step of the way. She was professional, patient, and always took the time to listen to my situation I never felt like just another case number. Gready tin pot law firm. Abusive phone calls from their staff will be on youtube soon ,Disgusting company on the polices side at every stage only intersted in getting x amount with minimum effort, this company would never value my claim from the start, they will then blackmail you on the basis of not proceeding to accept the first amount they say, and will only instruct barristers on an amount they say of close region of, there is no negotiotion, they will reject any legitimate complaint, they might then drop aspects of your case like they did with me, jusy because the police tampered with evidence and did not write things down, such as human rights breaches, in my case sussex police refused to write down that i asked for medical attention. They did not provode any cell footage or intercom recording to prove my version of events, they then bought me a rail ticket to get to the hospital , this is all recorded the interaction in this video proves they had prior knowledge, they will then drop human rights aspects of your case at a late stage, and then keep other easy aspects on a retainer so they still get money, you are literally stuck with them, they will then tell you to find other solicitor to do wjat they nevet did, then they get paid at the end of it anyway. In my case they never sent me for the medical appointments promised in tye original letter, and they also never wrote to my doctors despite taking down their information. On one accasion the receptionist became extreemly abrupt and when i recorded the call she said im not allowed, I will be uploading this to youtube. I was also accused of dishonesty regarding handcuff injuries, despite medical appointments for nerve damage, numbness and x rays and soft tissue damage appointments. None of this was seen by this company. The amount of compensation is supposed to reflect suffering and all damages, none of my medical files were ever looked at. If you use them you will have no choice but to accept the low amount they say, or be left with nothing and possible be threatened with cost. I will be creating a video on youtube that has all their emails and phone recording to show the whole rotten experiance I look forward to your narsarsitic passive aggresive responce. I will not be removing this so dont even ask.

I had a qood experience with this company when making a Housing Disrepair Claim. The compensation received from the Council wasn't a large amount compared to what I spent, but Stephen Sweeney did a good job. Very grateful

Only one star as started claim with them yesterday. Asked to call me on Thursday 4pm. Since yesterday evening 7 phone calls. No respect that people are at work. I thjng if we agreed date and time you should keep it ..do not recommend.

extremely rude and unprofessional. lady I spoke to didnt know the difference between a conversion claim and a claim for trespass to goods. Untrained, uneducated and unprofessional. - Conversion involves an extensive encroachment on the owner’s rights that is so inconsistent with their rights as to exclude them from use and possession, as noted in Kuwait Airways v Iraqi Airways (Nos 4 & 5) [2002] 2 AC 883. -Trespass to goods involves any direct and forcible injury or disturbance of the owner’s possession, however slight. As seen in White v Withers LLP [2009] EWCA Civ 1122, a mere touching can be sufficient for trespass, particularly if damage is caused. I would suggest prospective clients to avoid this firm as they are rude, uneducated and unprofessional. When i challeneged the woman on the phone regarding her innacuracies regarding conversion vs trespass she became hostile, snarky and dismissive. "every client matters" is what you here on the phone while on hold. Apparently not.

Fantastic staff. Caroline was great helped me understand better. Kept me updated all the way through my case. Highly recommended
