Absolutely disgusting company. Took the money from free legal aid and then have had no contact for the last 18 months despite telephone calls and emails. Willing to pay for taking it back to court as they know the case but no one will ever get back to me. I was with Kristy Smith. She doesn't work fridays so I had her personal number and she still ignored me to this date.Even Karen Harding her secretary wasn't responsive to my emails. Absolute ignorance.
What an outstanding service! Lots of my friends and family use them for good reason, they are super efficient, go above and beyond, very experienced, communication is flawless to. Possibly the most friendly helpful service you could come across. Sara Edwards and Leanne Carter do an outstanding job for my family and friends. I don't usually write a review, but I felt this was the least I could do to say thank you, for all their hard work and dedication. Sorry, I didn't take the take to write this review sooner.
Good solicitors.
I found these people especially Wayne Griffiths the part owner of this practice to be very lackadaisical in his approach. He was vague and didn't seem to want to discuss my case always seeming to dismiss my concerns with silly and loose handed remarks like phone back in 3 months!!He made me feel like I was taking up his time with silly questions and generally made me like i shouldn't be ringing and asking for advice. I would definitely not recommend these guys.
