I found that the contact I dealt with was very patient in explaining of things I knew nothing about. My first meeting for me was that I understood what was happening. The person that was dealing with my request took time to make sure I was fully aware of what was happening.

I have had the absolute privilege recently to receive first class service from Devonalds on a legal matter from beginning to end ! The initial advice given by partner Joel Evans at Treorchy office was imparted to me in a very friendly , knowledgable and efficient manner , and the work undertaken by him on instruction was both swift and expertly undertaken. To enable the document to be executed following preparation I was offered the opportunity to attend Talbot Green office which was a more convenient location for me ….that was very much appreciated… the content of the documentation prepared was discussed comprehensively with Dylan at that office at a prearranged appointment with whom he, aided by Jasmine who witnessed the signature , I duly executed the document. The welcome at both offices was very friendly and exuded efficiency and professionalism at all times and the work undertaken for me was completed seamlessly and very promptly .Well done all !!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Devonalds to any prospective client for any legal issues arising .

Can’t recommended Nicky enough - he was super efficient throughout the conveyancing of our first house. Despite difficulties in communication with the sellers solicitors, he regularly kept me updated and pushed for a completion date.
A huge thank you to Sara and Helen for all their hard work and support throughout my sale. Conveyancing can be such a stressful process, and there were definitely some challenging moments along the way, but Sara and Helen were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout. They kept on top of things, chased matters when needed and were always there to answer my questions and explain what was happening, which made a huge difference during what was a very stressful few months. I really appreciate all the time, patience and effort they put into getting everything over the line and completing the sale. Thank you both so much for everything you did. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support throughout the process and would happily recommend Sara and Helen to anyone needing a solicitor. ❤️
We’ve now used Devonalds for two house sales and have been really impressed with the service both times. Communication has always been great, and we were kept up to date by Nicky and Libbie with the progress throughout via their app, which made the whole process feel really simple and straightforward. We also found being able to complete all the paperwork through the app really helpful. It made things much quicker and helped speed up the whole process. Would definitely recommend Devonalds and would happily use them again in the future.
