Sinyee and her team were extremely helpful navigating the house buying process. As first time buyers there were a lot of unknowns for us and we felt taken care of and in very good hands. Sinyee was always responsive when we had queries and helped us understand anything we needed clarification on. The whole process was made as easy and quick as possible. Sara Edwards and the team are amazing! Having recently acted for us in house sale and purchase, we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are always "on top of things", and quick to respond to any questions or queries. Nothing has been too much trouble. Can’t recommended Nicky enough - he was super efficient throughout the conveyancing of our first house. Despite difficulties in communication with the sellers solicitors, he regularly kept me updated and pushed for a completion date.

A huge thank you to Sara and Helen for all their hard work and support throughout my sale. Conveyancing can be such a stressful process, and there were definitely some challenging moments along the way, but Sara and Helen were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout. They kept on top of things, chased matters when needed and were always there to answer my questions and explain what was happening, which made a huge difference during what was a very stressful few months. I really appreciate all the time, patience and effort they put into getting everything over the line and completing the sale. Thank you both so much for everything you did. We’ve now used Devonalds for two house sales and have been really impressed with the service both times. Communication has always been great, and we were kept up to date by Nicky and Libbie with the progress throughout via their app, which made the whole process feel really simple and straightforward. We also found being able to complete all the paperwork through the app really helpful. It made things much quicker and helped speed up the whole process. Would definitely recommend Devonalds and would happily use them again in the future.

Throughout the sale of our property Devonalds Caerphilly have been processional, quick in their turnaround of correspondence and approachable - I really cannot fault the service they gave us.
