Total poor Unprofessional, deceitful, and completely untrustworthy. I engaged this firm for a high-stakes, time-sensitive legal matter. I was assured they had the capacity to handle my file and provided sensitive, detailed case documentation in good faith. After this, I was ghosted for a full week, wasting critical time while my court deadline approached. When they finally resurfaced, they claimed they could not take the case due to a lack of documentation—documentation they never once formally requested. When I challenged this blatant incompetence, the management stepped in to gaslight me, blaming staff holidays and attempting to police my tone to deflect from their own internal failures. This firm is a masterclass in time-wasting. They will solicit your sensitive information, mislead you about their capacity, and discard your file the moment their administrative errors are exposed. If you value your legal position, do not trust this firm. You are better off representing yourself than relying on this level of unprofessionalism.
