Karen Gleed helped me get through this transaction when at times there were challenges. Karen was very friendly and provided a common sense way forward which saved a lot of time and likely expense. I honestly never bother to leave reviews but Matt and his team have been just amazing. All of my previous experiences of conveyancing have been painful, slow and unresponsive but the Aylesbury Hines team could not be more attentive and helpful. Whenever I've sent chasers I've found that Matt was already on it and pushing things forward. It's such a breath of fresh air. They're worth every penny.

I used their services. The solicitor assigned to me first of all never noticed that the rent charge on the property was too high as per laws. I hired them so I can work with a Swindon local agency but they anyway assigned my case to someone not from the area. They are not very responsive as well. Only the front desk is responsive, the solicitor assigned was not. I recommend working with better agency.

Absolutely useless!! Can’t even get a call back as I’ve asked for! , 2days I’ve been waiting and 3 calls I’ve done!!! Receptionists are just way nosey. And want to know your business that you should be talking to a professional solicitor that is qualified to help.! AND DUE TO THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION I HAD MY DOOR CUT OF WITH A CHAIN SAW AND WAS TASERED !!! No thanks to John berry.! They just try to wind people up. Obviously not interested in helping people. Fuming. Plus crown court asked to to call a solicitor and they no! I could go on all day about problems that are needed to be solved in court.!!!!
