It is difficult to put into words, just how grateful i am to Williamsons and more specifically - Sarah Jackson. I was in a position where i was fighting an NHS Trust all alone with with respect to medical negligence. After a weary few years i decided to reach out for legal help to see if anyone would take my case on. I spoke to dozens of very reputable firms who all told me that the chances of success were very low and so they couldnt take the matter on. It was during that time i spoke to Williamsons where i felt not only was i listened to but also HEARD. Soontherafter Sarah and Lisa travelled all the way to come and see me and my family and spent hours talking with us and explaining how they could help us. Being in such a situation is overwheming to say the least and one is always going to naturally be nervous and anxious taking the next steps, however i did so and it was the best decision i could have made. After years of back and forths, ups and down, Sarah took our case all the way to its successful conclusion. Throughout the entire time, Sarah was kind, empathetic, understanding, willing to listen and spend time explaining when there was any confusion. However at the very same time, she was also nothing but professional, diligent and determined in her efforts to seek some justice for me and my family. Sarah Jackson is not only a credit to her firm but humanity as well and if anyone is ever unfortunate to be in the position i was then i would only wish for them to find an ally such as her.

I’m a small scaffolding firm that carried out work on this firm’s offices. For no reason they refused to pay. Big boys bullying the little guy! Do not use this untrustworthy firm.

To be blunt. Could not careless how much this review is not to the liking of this firm. Could not careless. I do not belive half the 5 star reviews and am aware this firm vanished from a review site with rather more negative feed back than googles. Google please do not allow this firm to report this review, which i know they will try to get it removed. I can only advice people to keep away from this firms Personal injury and medical negligence department who when its needed will cast you aside like waste with not a care in the world. They are happy to tell you of all the happy clients, but NOT about the long list they cast aside. I was fooled by the smiles, dont you be. I am not shocked at knowing one of the firms solicitors was struck off a few years back, didnt tell you that did they. Not good.

Although my claim was not successful, Williamsons Solicitors did a great job in explaining the processes and giving clear advice on the situation. They didn't try and sell me something I didn't need nor want and provided an outstanding service. Williamsons certainly live up to their claim as the 'friendliest solicitors'. I dealt with Helen L. who was nothing less than amazing. For personal injury, I would recommend Williamsons on their honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. - Tyrese

After 18 months of trying for a medical claim today after having spoke to mr grey i feel very upset and let down by their service. Mr slow was my main solicitor he never kept me up to date it was me pushing and giving him all the information. This never should have gone this far if things were put into place correctly from the start i would not have wasted all this time. I have pulled out at the last hurdle because i was told i would today i will not get a penny and they will not let it go to court because of the information given from their independent surgeon.Don't worry about listening to me after all that chap saw me for about 30 minuets he should live my life. I found Both Mr Slow and Mr Grey not very friendly or helpful people even after one phone call today with Mr Grey i tried to put my side across and he kept shutting me up by saying we are going round in circles. In a round about way they are working for me and should listen to what i have to say. Please avoid this company as makes me wonder if they are real as i have never been invited to see them face to face. Thanks to them my life is now over any chance of some money to make my life better has now gone. I wish they had been honest when i first started my claim and i would not have put myself through all this.
