We have just sold a property and were very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Richard and the team at Williamsons. Would highly recommend. One thing that is negative and needs addressing is the vague generic message you receive after accepting the quote. It needs a quick call or email from a named person within the company. Richard answered any queries immediately even out of hours and at weekends which is fabulous service especially when you work unusual hours yourself.

Going into the situation, I was genuinely unsure what to expect. I had just received some devastating news and was naturally feeling anxious and apprehensive about the road ahead. After phoning Williamsons and explaining my situation, I was put in contact with Sarah and her team, and it quickly became obvious that I needn't have felt as anxious as I was.
