We used Richard Fairbank for our conveyancing and he delivered a quality service from start to finish. He worked to ensure all paperwork was turned around in record time and kept us fully informed throughout the selling process. We can highly recommend his services in an age when customers needs are usually ignored. First class all round.

Was handled well in a short period of time , a very busy time for myself as my peak time of the year for trading . I approached the seller Richard Knocker to see if he would be interested in selling the property to me , the property was not advertised as being on the market . When other interested persons in the village of Huggate realised the property was being tidied and for sale then a flood of offers was made to the seller , this creating a need for urgency to get the transaction completed faster than normal . That was done successfully by Samantha and Andrew . Since the completion of the sale I have had three others make contact asking that they can be considered as potentially interested should I ever decide to sell in the future . Probably good for your clients to know when your chosen solicitor is going on leave and who to contact or will be the contact whilst they are away was my only concern , appreciate we all take leave but would be good to know , at Frontier we always place the out of office e mail to indicate who to contact whilst we are away on leave . This was my only concern dealing with Williamsons .
