After making an appointment we went to the Anlaby office and after being made welcome we met Leanne Crellin and assistant, who put us at ease, listened to our requirements, then provided us with exactly what we wanted. I cannot stress enough how incredible John and sophie are. I have never had a more positive experience with any professional, not just solicitor. They are rapid with responses, on the ball constantly, have all the info you need and we couldn’t have completed on our dream home without them. I wish I could give 10 stars. I genuinely cannot thank Mia Harper at Bridge McFarland in Louth enough for everything she has done for me. After an extremely traumatic and completely unexpected situation caused my house sale to come to a halt just 3 days before completion, I was left under an unimaginable amount of stress and genuinely thought everything was over. At a time where I felt desperate and completely overwhelmed, Mia gave me hope. Mia took on my case extremely last minute and somehow managed to redo an entire 4 month legal process in just 3 days - something I still cannot quite believe. I can only imagine how difficult and demanding that must have been alongside her already incredibly busy workload, but she made the time for me and handled everything with such compassion, professionalism and care from start to finish. Her communication throughout was absolutely impeccable. She kept me updated constantly, explained everything clearly and reassured me every step of the way. I also want to say a huge thank you to Evie Shaw and Evie Jacklin, who were both so supportive and helpful throughout the process. The whole team were in constant contact and provided so much reassurance during what was honestly one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever experienced. The sheer speed, professionalism, dedication and just kindness shown by Mia and her team turned around a situation that I truly thought was impossible to fix. Because of them, I wasn’t left homeless and I have now successfully moved into my first ever home. In hindsight, I truly wish I had gone with Mia and Bridge McFarland from the very beginning. The level of compassion, communication and professionalism I received was unmatched, and I will be recommending Mia and Bridge McFarland in Louth to absolutely everyone I know going forward. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Mia.
