Kate Stainton, our Conveyancer has been absolutely incredible. I only wish down the chain had such efficiency (they are tearing their hair out with Gilson Grey who don't respond at all to anything ever). Thank you Kate. We aren't in a new home yet but you've been outstanding and we've had several house moves! Best conveyancer we have ever had.

Rude, unprofessional and determined to be so. Michelle Bradford agreed a quote with me for Bridge McFarland to deal with my acquiring a property. After a long discussion where a final quote was agreed she emailed to say she couldn't represent me because they were representing the buyer. I then got a notification about the sale saying it was a totally different solicitor representing the buyer. I asked Michelle if they could therefore honour the quote as there was no longer an impediment to do so. She didn't even have the courtesy to reply even when a colleague prompted her to in a second email. I would not recommend Bridge McFarland- what a waste of time all that was.
