I recently used Ison Harrison for a combination of a house purchase, transfer of deeds for my previous house and witnessing our name change via deed poll. They were great throughout the process of all of them, and we particularly appreciated Samuel's prompt responses and thorough, well-explained responses to our questions in a way that we could understand. Credit to Ellie and Khansa too for their involvement in keeping all of this moving and their support. Right now I am still drowning in boxes and never want to move house again 😆 but if I do, I will definitely use IH.

There appeared to be a lack of proactive problem-solving and attention to detail. In a world where Conveyance Solicitors have a bad reputation. I cant recommend Emma Burnham and Alicia enough. In a complicated chain of over 6 links. Everyone else's solicitors messed up, complicated things and put our move in serious danger of collapse. The one beacon, shining light, through it all was Emma. It's taken nearly nine months. . . . .NINE MONTHS to get to the point of exchanging. Emma has been incredible throughout and has been a real comfort during all of the nonsense above. Cant thank her and Alicia enough and apologise for my meandering rantings. House moving is hard, but Emma made it a lot easier for us than anyone else in our chain. Make a good decision, choose Emma and Alicia, absolute dream team.
