Used BMTC many times now, most recently last month for the sale of our property. Great service as always . Jordan was amazing, always responding to emails & calls very quickly. Also advising us on how best to reply to queries from buyers side. Thank you to Jordan & Tom for pushing through completion & transfer of funds at the very end of their working day. Nov 2023 Mohammed Rahman worked on a complex transfer of property for our family , he was very professional & helpful in explaining everything to us all, as it was very confusing at the time, he took time to personally talk on the phone which really helped as make the right decisions. I will definitely be using the services of BMTC again and would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Mohammed at Borneo Martell Turner Coulston LLP enough. It it was not for Mohammad, we would not have completed this quickly without being this thorough on quality. There were quite some hiccups (from the other party), but Mohammed took care of everything instantly in the right way and always kept me in the loop. I was also always informed up front about potential changes in the costs or risks before decisions were made. He went above my expectations, sometimes responding out of working hours even. He was realistic in his promises and over delivered.

Mohammed S Rahman has helped my friends in the purchasing of the final 25% share of their home, they are really happy with the service he has given them. At every stage he was always on hand to give them an update on proceedings and to put their minds at rest. Really, we cannot thank him enough!!

Five stars throughout both a sale and purchase with BMTC - Mo R. Mr Mo R was recommend to us by family to support both the sale of our Marina flat and the purchase of a town centre located house for our re-location from one county to another. From the offset we were extremely impressed with Mo’s professional driven attitude and that of the support staff at BMTC. Our sale had numerous stakeholders including the management company and a separate ground-rent company. Mohammed ensured all parties involved collaborated together ensuring our sale was prompt and secure. Our purchase was against the wire from the offset as the sellers were time critical. Throughout this process Mohammed ensured frequent updates over the status and any issues and blockers were communicated out to all parties. Mohammed led the buyer and seller to meet for a pre-Easter moving date - that was achieved only thanks to Mohammad’s professional attitude of holding other parties accountable. We would like to express our gratitude to Mohammed for his engaging and professional attitude throughout. BMTC are very fortunate to have Mo.
