I have never had to deal with a solicitor before and I am not the best with legal terminology but Violetta was able to explain the process, help review the settlement agreement and helped my understanding my rights. Very easy to talk to and I could tell she genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. Regularly checking in with me throughout which helped me able to ask questions I might normally not have asked. The business was conducted efficiently. I was confined to bed in a nursing home, depending on phone, post and a not very reliable tablet, so not the easiest of clients. I was kept well informed and dealt with in a most understanding and kindly way.
