I have never had to deal with a solicitor before and I am not the best with legal terminology but Violetta was able to explain the process, help review the settlement agreement and helped my understanding my rights. Very easy to talk to and I could tell she genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. Regularly checking in with me throughout which helped me able to ask questions I might normally not have asked. A very pleasant and personable process for such a painful task for me. The sale of my late sister's house and home.
