    All through our sale/ bying process we were kept fully informed. Any questions we had we could call or just pop in the office in Dulverton. Nothing was too much trouble.     House sale and purchase

    The process of selling and buying a property can be very stressful and having a good solicitor and assistant can be crucial to the smooth running of the process. Teresa and assistant Kate were always there to help when needed and their efforts made the whole process run as smoothly as possible. Also Teresa has the most wonderful and essential sense of humour and has the ability to give confidence due to her extensive experience of conveyancing and professionalism.

    Buying & selling a house is the most stressful thing people say you can do but Mercedes at Risdons handled everything for us, making it completely stress free & a seamless couple of transactions.     During the process, the Risdons email server was hacked by criminals. As a result, we received the wrong instructions for paying a large amount. Now Risdons refuses all cooperation and does not want to compensate for the damage. They are old-fashioned and use temporary staff. They do not take any responsibility and sometimes it takes weeks before you hear that the person handling your case has left. In the meantime, nothing happens and you are left to your fate. Be careful what you do if you take advice from this office.

      Excellent service

      Risdons have completed the conveyancing of two flats which are sold as leasehold. I had not realised how complex such a sale could be, especially with a buyer's solicitor who raised every possible problem. I was impressed by the solicitor's calm way of handling everything, and by their very modest fees.
