This was my first time using Amicus Law and from my initial encounter with front desk reception staff to meetings with my designated solicitor, I always received a very warm friendly professional approach. My solicitor particularly was very approachable and had a friendly, welcoming manner and was very efficient and knowledgeable when discussing legal matters and communicated effectively when I needed something explaining or clarifying. I have been very happy with my experience overall but there is just one point from a clients point of view that I would have found helpful. When asked to make an important decision or confirm something by email it was not always obvious to me if my solicitor had received it and therefore it would be helpful if a short acknowledgement could be sent back. I would like to point out that in most cases it was but not every time. I also think that the firms legal costs are very fair and competitive.

Outstanding customer service. Where do I start, Paul who is Conveyancing Paralegal is such a nice person, extremely comprehensive in everything he has done especially with all information provided and always happy to help. Bill who is a solicitor has gone out of his way to help us always, even when the other solicitors in our chain were terrible Bill went above and beyond. All the information provided for our purchases, the support when questions have been raised has been 10/10 and I would never use another solicitors. This is the 4th time I have purchased a property and I wish I had used Amicus Law Yeovil everytime. Thanks again so much and also for getting us in before Christmas 🎄

We were recommended Amicus Law by our Estate Agent Greenslade Taylor Hunt. We decided to go ahead as the Junction 24 Market office was very convenient for us living nearby. Throughout the process Emily has been outstanding, always available and quick to offer sound legal advice. It was great we could drop into Junction 24 office to collect and sign documents. The reception staff were always helpful and polite. During our move Emily was relocated to the Taunton office and again when visiting the Taunton reception, staff were great with easy access near St Marys Church Taunton. We completed the sale and purchase in 90 days! The average time for move home in the South West is 233 days. The speed of our completion shows what that Amicus Law is great company to choose for any of your legal requirements. Jasmine helped us throughout our journey and understood how stressful the process can be particularly on completion day. We had a large chain and we were extremely concerned that there could be a last minute issue or problem. We have just received a lovely New Home card from Emily and Jasmine which was a wonderful gesture. Thank you Amicus Law but in particular Emily and Jasmine for getting us into our dream Home. After over 5 long years and immense work, Helen & Jo finally got justice for us, on behalf of my beautiful mums fatal mesothelioma case & won their battle. We had many ups & downs but the girls never gave up & fought it to the bitter end. It will never compensate for losing mum but there was some comfort in winning the case. Without Helen & Jo, this would have gone unnoticed & no recognition for the fatal exposure to asbestos. I would highly recommended Amicus Law, especially Erin Darling-Finan, who represented us against a public organisation to try and get some answers regarding a close family member who had been unjustly treated at work, a family member who is sadly no longer with us.
