All through our sale/ bying process we were kept fully informed. Any questions we had we could call or just pop in the office in Dulverton. Nothing was too much trouble. There's an old Somerset saying 'Never use Risdons' this bore truth on our recent sale of Laburnum Cottage. When all documents have been provided 2 months prior to enable a transfer, Risdons managed to avoid doing anything until the very last minute even though they had been told there was an urgent need to get the completion done. Somehow they lost one half of an electronic document and blamed the other solicitors. Then lied that the other solicitor was holding them up. NEVER USE RISDONS

We recently used Sophie Rowcliffe for our conveyancing and she provided a 5 star service from start to finish. We encountered a few problems along the way but it felt like Sophie went the extra mile to sort it and to ensure that our sale and purchase completed on time.
