I first used Mogers Drewett LLP when I bought my home in 2016. Last year, I used them again for both the sale of my property and the purchase of a new one. Natalie and Gina were professional throughout the process. They responded to my questions promptly and were always patient in explaining things when I needed clarification. Buying and selling a property can be stressful, but they helped keep everything moving. Even after completion, they have continued to help me. Due to an internal communication issue with the management company, a penalty was added to my service charge account. Although this was outside the conveyancing process, Natalie and Gina have still been helping me deal with the issue and protect my interests. Because of my experience, I have recommended Mogers Drewett LLP to a friend, who is now using their services as well. Based on my experience over the years, I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.

Do not use for house conveyancing! My house sale has ultimately taken twice as long because of Mogers Drewett; queries well beyond the scope of what is considered as standard for a house sale. And then on the completion day itself have mistakenly not sent the funds, despite advising they had. Wasting half the day and dramatically holding up the entire chain. Utterly incompetent.

Absolutely Excellent service. Mogers Drewett worked with me through a lengthy apartment purchase and they were great every step of the way. Alison Treble especially was fantastic, explaining parts I didn't understand and guiding me with what was required. Fully recommend and can say with confidence that you will be in sae hands with them.

For anyone who has experience of that old adage that 99% of solicitors give the rest a bad name, if you live in or around Bath and you need help with a property purchase the exception to the rule is Alison Treble and the team at Mogers Drewett! Alison responded to my initial enquiry the same day and searches were ordered immediately. 6 weeks later as a result of willing parties and more importantly a proactive approach from Alison, and we were able to exchange and complete. Consistent communication is always important and I felt that I was an important client even though in reality I’m sure she had a heavy workload to manage. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alison and the Mogers Drewett team to anyone who wants to be kept informed and get things done in a timely manner!

Our estate agent and surveyor both recommended Samantha and Lee-Anne who had a very good reputation. We can see why. They did a brilliant job helping us to successfully buy our new home. This followed a previous purchase cycle which was difficult and could not be concluded due to a lack of critical information bring provided by the seller. Samantha advised it would not be wise to pursue that one given the lack of legal details required. It was the right decision. Throughout both conveyancing processes we had an excellent level of communication, transparency, responsiveness, pace, attention to detail, pragmatism and counsel. We would certainly ask Samantha and Lee-Anne to support us again and would highly recommend them.
