I had a very positive experience with HCR Wright Hassall during my visa renewal process. Daniaal Afzaal, Senior Associate, was excellent throughout. He supported me at every stage, going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. He was always very responsive, clear in his communication, and assertive when needed, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. Everything was done quickly and with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend their services to anyone going through a similar process, and I would definitely consult them again in the future if needed.
I cannot recommend Dionne Russell enough! I had an expedited timeline to obtain a visa, and Dionne was so accommodating. She helped validate my responses to the pro forma, answered all of my questions with detail, and was even able to help reschedule a missed biometric enrollment appointment on short notice. Dionne has even made a name for herself at our local biometric enrollment center! Once I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, the person working there said "Omg are you one of Dionne's clients? I love helping you guys, you're always so prepared and organized!" Could not have asked for a better experience during this process. Would definitely recommend!

We cannot recommend Emily Allen and the team at HCR Law highly enough. From instructing them to completing on our new home, the whole process took exactly 14 days, which was an incredible turnaround. What made it even more impressive was the amount of pressure and tight deadlines involved towards completion. Despite a few last minute complications outside of their control, Emily remained incredibly responsive, proactive and reassuring throughout. Buying a house can be stressful at the best of times, but having someone who is on top of everything, communicates clearly and genuinely seems to care makes such a huge difference. Emily was professional, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable, and we always felt that things were being dealt with promptly and thoroughly. Completing in exactly 14 days from instruction is something we honestly did not expect when we started the process, and we are hugely grateful to Emily for helping make it happen. Sarah was fantastic from the word go, but really kicked into another gear when solicitors up the chain were dragging their feet and putting the chain at risk. Would (and have) wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for someone to handle a house sale/purchase, I can’t think of a single flaw in their service.

We were referred to Sally due to an unexpected issue with a divorce some 27 years ago. This understandably caused us concern to receive such issue 27 years later. Sally immediately set us at ease. She explained everything calmly and provided much reassurance from the outset. Everything was dealt with in a professional and prompt manner. No question felt an issue. Our case was completed within the timeframe and estimate discussed. If we needed these services again we would not hesitate to call Sally and her team. Thank you so much for making a difficult time so much more pleasant than it could have been.
