I spent £6500 for an easy divorce case and they weren't able to finish the job at all. Their hourly rate is lower than market but they are slower and has incapable solicitors ( at least my solicitor was) which doesn't help hourly charge. Their solicitor checked unsigned legal documents from other party and charged me twice once signed copy received. This must be simple number 1 rule that all legal documents must be signed before taking any action, You don't need to study law for years to learn such a fundamental rule. This is very much profit orientated law company, I would suggest anyone to avoid working with such a law firm at all costs, Go and find doubled hourly rate firm, I guarantee you they will finish your case at lower cost and quicker.

We wanted to get our wills in order and additional advice on having the very confusing LPAs pt in place. Too much for us to understand and deal with, so we considered it worthwhile to get professional advice. it was important for us to understand the legal issues but not to get so confused that we were scared off. We found every stupidly naive question we raised was dealt with through explanation and respect.

We took in our wills (no appointment made) for safe keeping, though the practice was very busy, the very next day we received a letter confirming receipt - amazing service.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I've used HCR Law Worcester for conveyancing, selling my deceased mother's house and probate services as joint executor and beneficiary with my sister of my mother's estate. While not cheap, I'd say good value for money and I would most definitely use them again, and again, and again. They have had to deal with the very tricky circumstances of two executors who really don't see eye to eye, a property with some issues, and a purchaser's solicitor who was belligerent, rude, uncooperative and uncommunicative. Starting with the conveyancing side, Lisa Harper, has been superb. She grasped the issues very quickly and has been responsive to emails and calls, replying within the day allowing for the fact I wasn't her only client! Approachable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and would go the extra mile for me. As circumstances got more tricky, Lisa became more tenacious while remaining calm and professional. At one point matters became very delicate and the completion of the sale looked as if it my not happen, she knew when to push and when to ease back and worked closely in conjunction with our chosen estate agent. Lisa, with our estate agent got the sale over the line. A superb piece of work. On the probate side, Shirley Rabbetts was equally brilliant, especially dealing with two executor/beneficiaries who seriously did not see eye to eye over a two year period! Shirley steered expertly through this minefield giving good but impartial advice to both executors, pointing out legal facts when necessary as well as using a wealth of experience to help us through. Shirley is approachable, professional, and steadfast when she needs to be. Communication and responsiveness have been excellent and administering the estate thorough and transparent. Her wealth of experience shows! A superb piece of work. In conclusion, I thoroughly recommend HCR Law Worcester and in particular Lisa Harper for Conveyancing and Shirley Rabbetts for Probate. I would certainly go back to them and can't thank them both enough for their support in difficult circumstance. They have gone the extra mile to help where they could.

The partner with whom I have dealt on a number of occasions (Tonina Ashby) is utterly professional, puts you immediately at ease; a great listener, she fully understands the client requirements and gives a great focus on the issues and what is needed. All is explained in a practical way which gives the client the confidence to make effective decisions about important aspects of their life. Highly recommended
