Lack of communication. Reply to the email after a week or month. They charge huge amounts for work that is supposed to be done in an hours time. When I told them that I appointed another firm, then everything was done, without even letting me know...only for charging me.

This should have been relatively straightforward, but the property transfer took 14 months in the end. Redkite were slow, and had to be chased constantly. When the paperwork for the transfer was finally ready, the wrong name had been entered into the documents, so it had to be done again. Painful.
I had a good experience of Redkite a few years ago. Something has clearly done awry.

I’ve worked with Victoria Griffiths acting as my solicitor over the course of the past 12 months and she has been absolutely amazing and supported me so much.
