Ten years later she advised us in matters relating to trusts and powers of Attorney, and most recently for the updating of our Lasting Powers of Attorney. We have always found her friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and utterly professional and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. This was a family court matter where I received very limited advice, followed by unexpected charges for duplicated work that I had neither requested nor authorised. When I raised concerns, there was no willingness to listen or engage, only a blunt instruction to complain in writing. At an already highly stressful time, this lack of care and transparency made things significantly worse. I ultimately paid the balance simply to move on. I have since instructed another firm who have provided proper, comprehensive support across all aspects of the case, which has only highlighted how poor this service was. I would urge potential clients to be extremely cautious about costs and expectations.

Poor communication, solicitor was often absent or late to reply to the email chain for my house sale, would often ask the estate agent for updates (who often left her out of emails so it was no surprise she wasn't up to speed).
